Accommodations

The Organising Committee has pre-booked rooms in four convenient hotels at a walking distance from the conference venue. All bedrooms are reserved from Sunday 22nd to Friday 27th June 2025 (5 nights). The Hotels are reserving the bedrooms until 27th April 2024. After this date, any unsold bedrooms will be released from the reservation and put back on sale to the public. The hotels, ordered by distance from the conference venue, are as follows.

Hotel Du Vin

Ten standard bedrooms reserved.

Bed and breakfast rates of:

• 22.06.25 @ £276.00 single occupancy / £292.00 double occupancy
• 23.06.25 @ £315.00 single occupancy / £331.00 double occupancy
• 24.06.25 @ £315.00 single occupancy / £331.00 double occupancy
• 25.06.25 @ £315.00 single occupancy / £331.00 double occupancy
• 26.06.25 @ £315.00 single occupancy / £331.00 double occupancy

Central reservations opening times:
Monday to Friday – 9 am to 7 pm
Saturday – 9 am to 5.30 pm
Sunday – 10 am to 4 pm

Any bedrooms booked can be cancelled 72 hours prior to check in. Rooms cancelled after this will be charged 100% to the delegate.

Radisson Blu Hotel Edinburgh

Fifty standard bedrooms reserved.

Bed and breakfast rates of:

• £325.00 per room per night - single occupancy.
• £340.00 per room per night - double occupancy.
